Going great for a year and then in March 2023 started experiencing minor heart palpitations. I still go to gym 3-4 days and put cardiovascular workouts n include lite weights for workouts of 2 hours. No dizziness, lite headedness, or other symptoms. Will see my cardiologist for checkup but is this a common occurrence?
