I realized at10 years old that I was a bad runner. A cousin mine fell in a water well in construction “end up dying “ every body in town run towards the local mile and a half and I had to stop, couldn’t breathe.Later in school would stay back or hide while running.Build my life with skills that didn’t require extraneous forces….when I was 40 my father had heart failure after the operation on a congenital problem.I visited my current dr. and he order a TEE came out “bicuspid “___ 10 years on the “waiting room” Until 50 and first was going for a mechanic one but change my mind and signed for the pericardial one. Now time to pay the dues is coming ___but as been a good journey.
