I have a bicuspid aortic valve. When I was 37 I was diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis and moderate regurgitation. They also found an aortic aneurysm and aortic coarctation. I was told I would be having surgery within the next 6 months. I saw 3 different surgeons and they had very different ideas of what needed to be done. The last one suggested I could wait longer so I waited 3 years and made it to 40 :) This year they said I could wait one more year if I remain relatively asymptomatic. If anyone else has all of these conditions I would love to hear what option you chose for surgery and what your outcome has been.
