I had mitral valve prolapse which was diagnosed 8 years prior to my cardiac surgery, I was doing almost asymptomatic for ~ 8years then all of a sudden , started to have symptoms inform of chest tightness and palpitations,
echo ardiography revealed severe mitral regurgitation with possible rupture of cordae tendennae
In 2019 I developed an acute coronary syndrome, admitted to hospital immediate diagnostic coronary catheterization done in Cardiac center in Erbil -iraq, then after 1 week a stent was put in my LAD coronary artery,
One week ago I was advised by my treating cardiologist (EP specialist )to do
another coronary catheterization because of frequent multifocal VPC. HOPE I”all do it in Germany -
