12 days post surgery! Home with my family! Starting cardiac rehab on Tuesday. God is Big!! Prayers to all going into surgery and quick recovery for all! This is a pic of me and my son.

First of all you look amazing. Keep up the great work. I had my aortic valve repaired November 2 and they will not release me for cardiac rehab until my sternal precautions are cleared, 6-8 weeks. Are you starting cardiac rehab already? I can not imagine doing that already. My... Read more.

Thank you everyone. Yes Bethany, I have started cardiac rehab, but only legs no upper body till 6 weeks out. Going very slow and don't want to push it. Looking forward to being 2-3 months post surgery.
