I take Acitrom Evening 6 pm i usually get blood checked in Morning, I am well but stressed as i have to get INR between 2.5 to 3

Hi Vikram, nIce to meet you. I'm from Delhi and I also got a mechanical aortic valve replacement last year in December. Yes INR is something to keep track of consistently. I get tested every two weeks.

Mine is 2.5 to 3.5 … Yours might be different check with your doctor. … I can eat anything besides leafy green vegetables
