Yep. I'm bit of a night owl too. Last night, I didn't even make it to the gym until 10:30, so it was nearing midnight when I got home from the gym. Tired me out good, so I slept well.
Positive thoughts bring positive results. You're going to do great.

It's good you've been lurking and reading journals. I did the same thing. Learned a lot and it put my mind much more at ease. I was definitely ready and confident come surgery time.
