I was still impressed with the synchrony and precision of the pre-op phase - so enjoy it for what it is. The nurse anesthesiologist was wonderful in the "prep and hold" area - asking me if I wanted a two, three or more martini lunch to relax as we waited. We joked about it. I still remember it vividly,
