No we never duscussed that. He felt that he would be able to repair it if I had the surgery sooner rather than wait. Thankfully it all worked out well.

Look into the Edwards Tissue Valve or the On-x mechanical vale .both good choices and then talk to your DR..good luck it is Not an easy choice! Hugs H

That is my biggest problem so not too bad in the scheme of things. Just wish I could get one night of sleep! You sound like you are in good hands and this will all be behind you! Recovery isn't as quick as I hoped but the whole thing changes... Read more.

Hi Linda- i am continuing to do well. Just a few strange things here and there. As you can see still having a hard time sleeping but it is due to tightness of the water retention vs any real pain. I think you will be happy with your choice of... Read more.
