Great stuff steve 😊 When I 'm feeling a bit bothered / bit stressed my breathing becomes shallow chest breathing , rather than deep diaphragm breathing in through the nose and exhale through the mouth . Check your breathing . Simple but it can make a big difference & affect... Read more.
