Hello Sebastian - My name is jeffrey - I was 68yo (now almost 70) when I had to get a valve replacement - my aortic valve was allowing blood to leak back into my heart - I felt tired and weak - couldn't lay down and breath - I was truly a mess. I went to see an urgent care doctor who called an ambulance and sent me to the ER. They did a ton of tests and after four days they said I could go home (I wasn't in prison - so they said) - but they also said I would be back - if I didn't have a stroke - heart attack or drop dead first . So I agreeded - not really knowing what was to happen as I told the doctor I didn't wanna know - I said tell me about it when it is all over - anyway - a year and a half later I started to feel better - don't have lack of energy that plagued me for so long - also my afib just went away. Here's what I wanna tell ya - your young - be strong - don't ever give up - push yourself everyday - eat good foods - nutritional foods - look it up if you don't know - drink lots of water - get plenty of sleep and know in your heart your gonna get better everyday. Thank God your still alive - everyday and blessed. Be strong - you have alot of time ahead of you - put yourself on the right track - walk - bike - breath - focus on getting better and you will.
