Hi Peter Sorry you are going through this. I had TAVR 4/20 and developed bleeding issues along with skin ulcers, painful knots and bruises and swelling retinas. I had many blood tests and biopsies and they talked about possible leukemia or other blood disorders. I finally was diagnosed with allergic vasculitis from the Plavix and then Brilinta I took after TAVR. I also had a peri vascular leak and heart damage from my severally damaged Aortic valve. My cardiologist followed me closely and encouraged me to exercise as much as I could to strengthen and remold my heart. I am less than a year out and my heart is in much better shape. My leak has partially filled in with scar tissue and my heart is strong. My cardiologist is thrilled with my progress. It was overwhelming at times with all of this going on in the middle of the pandemic. I hope they can figure what is going on with you and that you are feeling better soon!

Hi Peter, so sorry you’re having all these issues in your recovery. I had the shortness of breath and fluid in my lungs after surgery but It eventually was taken care of after a few weeks. Hopefully they will find a way to safely get your shortness of breath under control. Will pray for your speedy recovery and healing. God bless you
