I came across your journal as I was looking for some comments about humidity. Im glad I read yours! Great sense of humor regarding the Tag a longs but most importantly you remind me that as I am at 6ms it is OK to feel some discomfort but keep moving and all will be well.

Hey J Good hearing from you again. I like what you had to say, full of a lot of truth. My scar is still touchy, just the process of the nerves trying to find themselves again and get glued back together. It doesnt look to awfully bad still a little red. My bypass scar on the side looks better than the big one. I do put lotion on and it helps. Glad you are doing so good, we all have been so blessed. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the word of advice on the spirometer. It was possibly the most confronting part of recovery for my irate open heart in 1987. I have had mixed feedback about practising before my next surgery and no luck in finding one locally that I could purchase - never crossed my mind to try Amazon.

The hamberger crying, oh my gosh, brilliance in motion. I fell on the floor laughing and may now need a bypass in addition to valve repair from laughing so hard! j/k
