Rehab is great fun. Like going to the gym and having a personal trainer, only you are also monitored on the machines and can see how much work you are doing.

I agree the anticipation is the worst. I am a week out from mitral valve repair and the other side is not as bad as I thought. Some muscular aches but manageble.
