Jack Payne She’s had a CT scan, heart cath - all clear, echocardiogram and trans esophageal echocardiogram. She has severe regurgitation. Two surgeons say their 85-90% sure they can repair it. We just aren’t sure which route to go!

Jane Odell Thank you for your reply. I was told that I had severe regurgitation of mitral valve and no percentage was given, and no other tests have been done, and to wait until 2/22 for another echo. I’m looking for another cardiologist for 2nd opinion, then will have to go from there, I have other issues as well. Unresolved sinus infection from prior tooth infection, and have had C. Dif (clostridium difficile twice this year) from taking antibiotics for sinus infection. Where is your wife planning on having her surgery? My best to your wife and you.
