Hi, Greg, i was wondering if you had surgery with Dr. Ali Gheissari. Any feed backs or outcomes would like to share. my cardiologist also recommend him since he is under our atena network. did you consider any other surgeons?

Hi Greg, I got your note you posted on My Journal page regarding Dr. Gheissari. It's been 7 years since the surgery and all is well. I didn't have the opportunity to research my surgeon, it was more of a "you're having surgery ASAP and Dr. Gheissari is our guy" delivered by my trusted cardiologist, Dr. Cannom. I was extremely happy with him though and he repaired my valve instead of put a mechanical, pig, or cow valve so when I woke up, I was elated. I'm on no medications so I'm so happy for that.
