Hey Dana - Also a CC mitral valve alum! Happened to see your note. I am assuming you were / or are being treated with colchicine? Is that not helping? I think there are other newer drug options. Long compliance is needed. Are you getting follow up care? I basically had no advice once I got back home other than "hope it resolves"... Mine did.
