Just curious, you being from Rockford and a fellow Illinoisan, any reason why you chose Mayo in MN specifically over Northwestern or Loyola, which are just as reputable heart centers in the Midwest... Well actually Mayo Clinic is a benefit of my insurance. Mayo is ranked #2 in the nation for heart. Its an easy drive from Rockford. If you live in Chicago and your insurance will cover Northwestern or Loyola, then of course go there. They are I think both ranked in... Read more.
