Good to hear that you are ups and about.
I also had low hemoglobin - 93 after surgery. This caused me to tire very easily. My GP put me on iron pills and I was more or less normal in about 4 weeks and I felt much better by then. This may have been the reason why I always wanted to nap in the early afternoon!

Sorry to hear about your troubles.
Now it is time to look forward and focus on your recovery. Make sure you follow the instructions and use the spirometer and walk as they have directed.
I tired quickly for the first couple of weeks at home but kept up the breathing and walking. The daily naps messed up by overnight sleeps, but gradually I eliminated them.
The worst part is behind you and you will feel much better in the future!
