Renee Leunig My mitral valve replacement took place on Thursday, July 13. I’m still in ICU as I’ve they been having heart rate issues. I’m not really sure what that means but I cannot wait to get to a step down unit. I had a wonderful surgeon, lots of friends and family praying for me and I believe my prayers were answered. Throughout the majority of this ordeal I’ve been pretty Zen but a little nauseous from time to time. Hanging in there.❤️🩹
