It does sound like a tough job, but I get the sense from your photos and note that you love it. You save animals, living things! (Well, not fish- 😂)
On a surgery note, you've been through a lot with your surgery. Take care of yourself. I hope that you get to go to cardiac rehab, so your healing is monitored as you work it out. God bless yoiu
