Hi new to community! Just wondering I have been diagnosed with moderate aortic stenosis- I have no symptoms and I play golf 3 times per week and do a bit of swimming 2 a week. I was wondering is it ok to keep doing this exercise? many thanks Neville. ( Im 61 and had open AAA repair surgery back in February but have recovered from this well )

Susan Lynn Welcome, Neville! Only your cardiologist can tell you how much exertion is too much. If you have had a stress test, you may want to inquire. Then, you'll know more definitively if your heart can handle your active lifestyle. Best of luck!
