Hi Neeraj, On face value,my opinion is:the Ross procedure,mechanical,then tissue,because of age.If the aortic valve can be repaired,that might be even better.

I know what I would do at age 40 but as Susan said, it's a very personal decision. It's best to do your diligence in research, discuss with your cardiologist and don't forget a second opinion. Once you decide, don't look back. Go with it. It will be the right... Read more.
