Is the incision flat? or bumpy? you could be developing a keloid.. which can be itchy and irritating. Mine has a keloid and its irritating also.. some people just develop this .. I am going to try some of the silicone strips that people on her have suggested..maybe ask your primary care doctor what you can do

Yes I have and I did not want to take meds for it. Try this.....buy a couple of gel ice packs and a tube of neosporin for pain. The ice pack is soft, cool, and soothing. You can put it directly on the incision. The neosporin helps the itching and the ice pack helps to calm down all the nerve endings that cause itching and pain. I have used it regularly during my first year post surgery! I was alergic to mederma, and those type of creams specially made for scars. Good luck ✌️😊
