Just want to wish all the people having aortic valve surgery, good luck. I just passed my 10th anniversary on July 11th. I have a tissue valve, and just went for an ultra sound of the heart, any my cardiologist said my valve continues to do well. I know they say tissue valves are not lifetime, but my surgeon thought that would be best for me, since I was and continue to stay active. Also, I think it has a lot to do with the individual. Again, wishing everyone the best!!!!!!
