Dan Fouratt Kelly same here, I was limited to moderate for 30 years, then in an 18 month period I went from moderate to severe. I failed a stress test 12/28 and had surgery 3/21. They move with determination but not haste. I had about two pages of questions for when I was referred to the surgeon. (email me if you would like these Dan4att@gmail.com) My steps were my cardiologist who I saw every year referred me to an interventionist cardiologist who then referred me to the surgeon.
