Tom Everson Hi Most of us had sleeping issues. You are only a month in recovery, just think of what your body has gone through Some of us slept in a recliner, some on their back, some created a pillow fort. Walk as much as you can during the day. Think of the positive steps you have taken. Lastly call the cardiologist and ask for advice.

Rose Madura I tried a wedge and that didn't help much. Then lots of pillows. I'd usually sleep a few hours and then need to get up and move to a recliner with my faithful travel pillow. Eventually, I'd sleep for longer periods and it finally got better. I had to learn to sleep on my back, which I'll do now from time to time. It's definitely a journey to get through everything but you can do it. God bless you. I read posts like your and it brings back the memories.
