Hello Gume, welcome to our site and congratulations on your successful surgery and now in recovery. I had almost the same surgery you had only I’m much older. I don’t get bored easy but here on this site there will be heart warriors that will chime in and give you lots of suggestions. As far as your measurements of your aneurysm I couldn’t quite understand them. In the meantime continued good health heart warrior and God bless you 🙏🙏

Marie Myers Congratulations on your 4 week anniversary! You are probably starting to feel better and stronger by now. If you can do a cardiac rehab program, that is one way to increase your stamina and confidence. I would at least start with some walking around the neighborhood if possible. I read a lot of books ,took a lot of naps and watched a bunch of TV shows during my recovery. I also enjoyed some gentle yoga and meditation even in the earliest days of my recovery. It was hard because of the general restrictions on lifting and driving, but patience is a virtue during recovery. Wishing you an uneventful rest of your recovery!
Gume' Herrera Thank you very much, Ana Brusso and Marie Myers, forever grateful beyond measure to the both of you.
Gume' Herrera Ana, by the way, thank you for the compliment...I'm only 72 years young.
