I had mitral valve surgery one yr ago last week. Today I walked up some steep stairs and i have chest discomfort and a strange feeling in my right neck. Should I go to the hospital? I live alone and never know what to do. Due to Covid this past year, I NEVER received any heart rehab, I just started walking on my own.. I was walking up to 6 miles a day and now this happens. My last stress test was 6 months ago where the DRs found a lung obstruction which they control with an inhaler called Revlar. Any advice? I have a valve “ repair”( a ring) in the heart not a replacement.
