Had blood drawn this morning for PT/INR and hopefully the results will remain at good level. Had ct scan of lower abdomin down to my foot on monday. I am still waititng for the results and hoping its nothing major. My leg still gets real weak after about a 5 minute walk. It starts at my knee and goes down to my foot then spreads up toward my hip. I should be taking much longer walks by now. I am active around the house but when I go on a steady walk I experience this problem. Its a strange feeling. Hopefully by next week I will have some answers. I had my pacemaker checked last week and everythig is fine with that. Its been 2 months since my surgery. It seemed to go by slowly at times but now I am thinking , wow it has gone by so fast.

I will get a ct scan next week to find out whats up with my right leg and why it gets so weak aafter walking for about 5 minutes. My cardiologist has put me on prednisone to relieve some swelling around my heart that was causing some pain. He said that this is rather common in patients my in my age range post heart surgery. It seems to be getting better.
