My heart murmer was discovered during a routine checkup in 2021. By 2023 is had gotten worse. My brother in law who is a retired cardiologist asked around in my behalf for the best doctor who specialized in mitral valve repair here in Los Angeles. His contacts recommended Dr. Joanna Chikwe. Dr. Chikwe and her excellent staff at Cedars are great. The procedure and recovery went very well and without a hitch. Everyone was very caring and professional. I could not be happier with the outcome. Dr. Chikwe and her staff saved my life. I highly recommend them.
