About Me (In My Own Words)
I am a 54 year old man and thought I was in perfect health. During a routine welness check my doctor heard a murmer. A echo revealed a >6 cm aortic aneurysm, and a bicuspid aoritc valve with moderate regurgitation. Luckily no signs of disection were found witch gave me time to find a surgon who will attempt to repair rather than replace the valve. If the valve cannot be fix I am opting for a tisue valve in order to avoid blood thinners.
