About Me (In My Own Words)
Hi all! My name is Pam. I'm 61 y/o. 15 years ago I was diagnosed with a congenital bicuspid aortic valve. I am currently asymptomatic. However, the results of my recent echo this week have confirmed that I have now progressed to severe aortic stenosis and a valve replacement will most likely happen in the next 6-mos to a year. The next steps are several tests: stress test; TEE and; LHC. Procedure will be determined once all test data is collected.
