Condition: Severe Tricuspid Regurgitation (Due to two Pacemaker leads).
Objective:
1-Advise patient on suitable method to manage / eliminate / minimize TR via (Medications, Transcatheter based procedure or Minimally Invasive technique, or Open Heart).
2-Advise patient on Pacemaker wire removal (re-allocate) from Tricuspid valve. Also advise on removal of capped unused old pacemaker lead within Tricuspid valve.
3-Advise patient on any other options ( Valve Repair vs. Replacement / TriClip / Annuloplasty Ring).
4-Recommend medical facility for intervention in Germany, UK, France, or USA.
Medical History:
2007:Dual chamber Pacemaker.
2013: Replace Pacemaker Battery & RV Lead. Old RV lead was removed
Oct. 2020: Implanted CRT-P. New RV Lead / New LV Lead / Old RV Lead left capped
May 2021: Diagnosed with Severe tricuspid regurgitation (Due to Pacemaker leads).
2021
: Admitted for electrophysiology study & catheter ABLATION due to Atrial Flutter (Suffered 16 Episodes of Atrial Flutter / Atrial Fi
brillation between 2009 to 2021). No AF since June 2021.
