About Me (In My Own Words)
Hi Everyone, long time viewer of the site and love all the information and patient stories. I met with my cardiologist recently and I am likely looking at surgery to repair or replace my mitral valve in the next twelve months. As of now looking for the best doctor that can hopefully repair it. Per my doctor, the case is complex to repair with both leaflets deteriorated. Hoping to learn from everyone's experience and then share my own experience as I get closer to potential surgery.
