Had two stents placed in my right descending coronary in August 17 2025 - The new cardiologist heard a murmur and suggested a TEE that showed MR EROA 0.33/53 MLt and a flail posterior leaflet with eccentric MR Jet.
I’m mostly asymptomatic and swim three times a week 30-50 laps no symptoms. Sometimes I get very sleepy and some pain chest.
I have mild aortic regurgitation and mild tricuspid regurgitation.Ascending Aorta Diam 4.2 - Alyhough my estimated ejection fraction (55-60%) is preserved through the years and the systolic volume is also preserved 78.3 ml my ventricle is actually a little bit smaller (walls are thicker) than 8 years ago -
I’ve seen two surgeons and one recommended minimally invasive
Maybe robotic
Another owner recommended open heart. Planning to have surgery sometime end of February -
