About Me (In My Own Words)
Tetralogy patient. Had my original repair done when I was 3. I am now 48 and have to have pulmonary valve replacement for regurgitation, though I am asymptomatic and have lived a normal physical life since my repair. I have my catheter examination coming up in which they might do the replacement. It's unlikely though, because of my size and will then end up being replaced with open heart surgery.
