About Me (In My Own Words)
I am a 69 year old woman who was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse about 10 years ago. I am now at the point of surgery and based on reading Adam's heart blog have been keeping on top of this for a long time.
I am meeting with Kevin Accola in Orlando on Feb 11, 2013. I have done lots of reading about him and his skills. Based on the many positive reviews about him plus a glowing report about him from my cardiologist here in Lake County I think I may be lucky enough to have found my surgeon close to hand.
