First valve replacement done on tricuspid January 2016, permanent pacemaker implanted due to complete heart block complication. Pacemaker replace to a dual chamber, atrial sensed device November 2017. CHF, Left Ventricular dysfunction, secondary (functional) mitral valve regurgitation starting January 2016. Surgery for mitral valve replacement or repair scheduled for 11/11/2020. Upgrade to a CRT pacemaker during same procedure. Ablation scheduled for 11/23/2020 for SVT.
