Things are going well for me. Thank you for asking. I'm back in to a running routine and getting stronger. It has been an amazing change. There have been some small set backs but over all I'm so thankful I had it done. Dr. Raney is the best!!! If you have a chance to have him do the surgery I recommend him strongly. He did a great job on my valve. I'm sure you will be happy with him! Keep in touch and I will keep you in my prayers. When do you go for surgery?
Lance posted a note for Wade that says:
Hope all is good with you today. I was reading your journal and wanted an update. I am going in for surgery next month. Aortic Stenosis and Mitral regurgitation. Were you happy with Dr. Raney?
i've been following your recovery etc. from the people at work but was just given this Blog to catch up on your progress.
I'm so glad you're doing better. The Doctor's at Hoag are amazing.
Get well real soon and I'm looking forward to seeing your smiling face.
Happy New Year to to you and yours !
Will be praying for you! Things will get better in 2013! Have the Holy Spirit give you patience and get you calm during what is a normal slow process. I know when there are times I feel things should happen faster I have to pray to the Holy Spirit to keep me calm. Love you and cannot wait to see you guys! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Hi Wade, thanks for the update! Glitches happens but Mark and I are always here knowing that you'll get through all this and will be back to the norm soon. We can not wait and we know that you'll be there soon so we can plan the dinner and movies to come! Take very good care and hugs to Denise. Love-M&M
Hi Wade - God Bless and hope the test goes well today and that it does cure the problem (I thought the test was scheduled for yesterday (12/27 @ 6 p.m.). The prayers will continue and look forward to a positive update after the procedure. Love you tons!! Ralph and Kathy
It sounds like we are going through similar things. My heart keeps going into A-Fib so they decided to do a cardio conversion to get it back to a normal rhythm. They did it on the 21st but my heart would not return to a NSR after 1 try so they didn't do anymore and started doing more tests. They have decided that I developed some fluid around my heart that has caused inflammation so they added some meds and adjusted some others. You will be in my thoughts and prayers that it works for you. I will be watching for you next update.
How are you? It is a crazy month, busy week etc. etc..anyway I mentioned to Allen about visiting you but he asked where? And I am not really sure where?
Anyway this week will be a crazy so hoping at least before Christmas we can be able to see you.. I still have your Birthday gift.
Anyway take care and we love and we pray for your quick recovery with no hassle. Good job Denise for keeping us up-to-date for Wade's health and about his recovery as well.
God Blessyou Wade- it will take some time try not to get frustrated - your heart and body have been though a very traumatic surgery and in the long run you will be better off for it. We Love you and are very glad your on the other side of the surgery - that is 1 cloud that is gone! Merry Christmas to you and Denise! Ralph and Kathy

Hi Wade and Denise - Our prayers continue to be with you Wade (and Denise). Patience and attitude is key in recovery and We ask that God give you both. There is going to be set backs because your body is not use to having a plastic piece inside so it's battling to recognize it and you will get better. We Love you guys - stay strong! Ralph and Kathy

Prayers, Praises and Love
Denise, thank you so much for updating us on what's going on with Wade. Wade is always in our thoughts and prayers and I actually have his gift but not sure if ok to visit him this weekend. ( we actually have a hectic schedule but still we want to see Wade).
Anyway, Wade take it easy and your are always in our thoughts and prayers. Lucky for you to have Denise watching and taking care of you.
Sorry to hear of a concern with your heart rate. I think I know what to attribute it to. Being the end of November and you off the road so many days you probably just looked at your end of the month sales figures. My heart beat usually skips a beat then too!
Hang in there baby!
Aloha! So sorry you had a scare:( Buddy said his worst was clocked in at 285, not that he is trying to compete, so not to worry. Know that we are always thinking of you and Denise! Having a fantastic time in Maui and can't wait to visit with you and Denise again when we get back. We love you! Hugs!-M&M
All of us at USM are thinking of you and wish you weLL and a speedy recovery. If you need anything please don't hesitate to call upon us. May God bless you and your family during this time. Keep us posted. Take care
