Hi there, I can say that yes I do indeed here my On-X Carbon Valve click. Had one put in the Aortic position back on Feb 28 2017. Can’t here it all the time though and mainly only when I’m in a almost silent place. Examples would be car with no engine running , radio on Windows up etc. Nighttime and room is silent with no fan on or AC etc… I don’t mind the sound myself and justify it with the attitude that if it’s still Clickin’ my hearts still pumping and that’s a good day. So yeah your going to hear it but you adjust and don’t dwell on it. Small price to pay at 50 and given a chance that your valve may not ever need to be redone after it’s in. Plus I am at 1.5 to 2.0 on my Warfarin so that’s a Low Dose which is safer as well. Hope this helped you. Good Luck and Chin Up 👍🏻
