Wow John! Some stressful times for you!! Glad your heart is still going strong!! That's always good to hear! I too am dealing with my overweightness. Just had my second OHS 4 months ago and I weigh 40 lbs more this time . Made recovery much more difficult this time... Read more.

Way to go with tackling the speed bumps in your life! It's been 3 yrs for me also and I still think about those of you who had your surgeries around the same time.
