Hey Jay...

  What Valve did you go with, MHV or Bio?

 Was your aorta enlarged from your BAVD? Was it repaired also? Most people with BA valve, do need some kind of repair... on the root or adsending ect..

 Your story really makes me less freaked out... concerning my upcoming surgery. I'm Still trying to make my valve choice. I still havn't talked with the surgeon just my cardio doctor, so the more info i can get before then, the better. I don't know what Surgery he will do yet. I'm assuming  traditional OHS. And i do need my adsending aorta repaired also.

  Anyway.. Nice to here your awesome story. I hope to do the same on my surgery.
