Education, Training & Certificates
Dr. Susheel Kodali, interventional cardiologist, graduated from UCLA School of Medicine in 1998.
Dr. Kodali is the director of the Structural Heart and Valve Center. He is board-certified in interventional cardiology, endovascular medicine, and cardiovascular disease. In particular, Dr. Kodali specializes in the minimally-invasive treatment of heart valve disease using percutaneous devices.
Throughout his career, Dr. Kodali has received many acknowledgements and awards including being named New York Metro Area's Top Doctor by Castle Connolly's Top Doctors™ and New York Magazine's Top Doctors for over ten years.
Specific to the treatment of aortic valve disease, Dr. Kodali serves is a transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) specialist and serves as the institutional co-investigator of the PARTNER clinical trials and associated registries.
Dr. Kodali attended medical school at The University of California, Los Angeles. He did his residency and a fellowship program in clinical cardiology at the University of California, San Francisco, and a fellowship program in interventional cardiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
