Deena Z Hi Kiran, If you son doesn't need the surgery right now, then it's great that you and your son are researching to learn all you can. Just for peace-of-mind, I would also know what states/countries/hospitals/surgeons your son's insurance covers and speak to them about future surgical choices and include them in your team, with his cardiologist.
