Hello from Phillippines 👋🙂 I am asking for a help for my eldest brother aged 48. We really need SPONSOR for his MITRAL VALVE OPERATION. We are almost 1 year of visiting to hospital for his labs and follow-up checkups and still waiting for the schedule of operation. As of this moment,the CARDIO TEAM adviced us to look or seek for a SPONSOR for his MITRAL VALVE REPLACEMENT. I really have no idea for all of this where to go and seek an OFFICIAL QUOTATION,because this is the only requirement that the government institution here can provide us a GUARANTEE LETTER for the SPONSORSHIP. I am solo parent of 3 kids. We're living in my mother's house. Our livelihood is just a fishvendor on the sidewalk. I have an online small business but cannot be support for our daily needs.
