I welcome this progress being made in less invasive surgery for valve in valve replacement as I have a vested interest as it is now 2 years since my tissue replacement valve and therefore if I live a few more years and re develop stenosis the less invasive and quicker recovery can only be a huge personal benefit apart from a time and cost factor to the NHS.
