About Me (In My Own Words)
Had mitral valve repair and thought all was well. Believe surgeon was great, Might add I felt great before surgery but fear of the consequences of not having the procedure led to me making what I feel was the right decision. However, I now see "floaters" which are distracting at times but easy to live with. Vertigo! Had my 3rd episode in 90 days and it is very scary. I have been to ENT doctor and undergone multiple tests. Negative. I am severely hearing impaired but have never been dizzy (physically) nor had I ever suffered vertigo or floaters prior to valve repair. I am not a fan of coincidence.
