Discovered aortic stenosis 5 yrs ago 2020. Age 60 at time. Stenosis brought on by chest radiation for cancer 2009. Radiation disease. Watchful waiting until symptoms presented. May 2025 symptoms noticed: shortness of breath, fatigue. Did echo, July 2025, Severe stage noted. TAVR procedure 9/23/25
