About Me (In My Own Words)
I am a 48 year old, very healthy father of 3. In December 2017, I was diagnosed with severe aortic valve regurgitation. I was born with a bicuspid aortic valve. At the time of my surgery I had a 64% ejection fraction. One month after ONX aortic valve replacement- I was in heart failure, less than 30% ejection fraction and wore a life vest for 6 months. I am still in heart failure and searching for help and answers. Has anyone else experienced heart failure after the ONX valve. Thank you
